Chuck Sweeney is a Business and Performance Coach who has more than 30


years experience in sales, marketing and management.  At the heart of Chuck’s success is his unique ability to see the best in people--managers, sales people, entrepreneurs and staff--and get that best out of them, for their benefit and for the benefit of their organizations.


In 1972 Chuck joined New York Life as a Sales Representative.  Since then he has had exposure to nearly every aspect of business--from marketing to management.  What that means is that Chuck's expertise as a Performance Coach is based not upon unproven theories but rather upon his own practical experience.  To sum up Chuck's experience:

Since retiring early from New York Life at the end of 2001, Chuck has stayed very busy.  Combining his years of experience and his love of seeing people excel, he started his own Coaching and Consulting Business in early 2002, focusing primarily on entrepreneurs, sales people and other professionals. 


When not running his business, he is busy as an officer/board member of a variety of organizations, including The Make-A-Wish Foundation, Executives Association of Reno, Society of Financial Services Professionals, as well as serving on several EDAWN Committees.
